The song goes "I can't live without you, I can't live without you baby." Unfortunately, how many people do how to live without you because of texting while driving? How many lives are lost by teenagers who find a bottle of whatever on their prom night and end up in my excellent care.
I can remember being on duty for more than a few prom tragedies. None of them were necessary and all factor in my head this time of year.
Whether it be speed, or alcohol, or texting, keep your hands on the wheel and eyes on the road.
